I’m Courtenay. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, and other women’s issues. I want to help you feel free of the burden of distressing thoughts and reach a place of acceptance and knowledge so you can find contentment.

I am a caring, authentic therapist who creates a safe space for you to explore your relationships with yourself and others, while helping you find freedom and ease.

Having a previous career in the entertainment industry, I found myself wanting to know more about what our purpose is here and how we can achieve more freedom. Thus begun my journey into self-actualization and inner peace.

I work with people of all shapes, ages, and sizes.

As a fat-positive and anti-diet clinician, I make sure to help one feel safe and comfortable in the session. I am also aware of the socio-political struggles that society imposes on people in a larger body.

I specialize in anxiety, eating disorders, depression, athletes, relationship issues, body image, creative professionals, teens and adults.

  • From body image to relationships to parenting, I enjoy working with issues that pop up in a woman’s life. I use a feminist lens, recognizing and validating individual experiences within the broader context of societal influences.

Therapy provides a space for women to explore, process, and navigate these challenges, fostering personal growth, resilience, and empowerment.

  • I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals navigating the complexities of their relationship with food, body image, and self-worth.

  • As a former performer and competitive athlete, I am aware of the pressures that an achievement can put on you. My goal is to help you get back to your roots of the passion you once had.

In a world dominated by fleeting interactions, it’s hard to trust what a meaningful connection looks like know it is hard to take that first step, but embracing this moment could be the catalyst that propels you towards a journey of unparalleled service, support, and satisfaction.
