WHAT WOULD THERAPY LOOK LIKE?

I provide a warm and inclusive space for individuals seeking support and transformation. As an experienced therapist, I am dedicated to offering personalized and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of concerns, from eating disorders, stress and anxiety, to relationship challenges and personal development.

Situated in the heart of South Pasadena, right outside of Los Angeles, my practice is committed to fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic experience. Whether you're navigating the hustle and bustle of the entertainment industry or seeking a haven for self-discovery, I invite you to embark on a journey of healing with me.

Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you on the path to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

my therapy style

I offer a safe and warm space for you to speak your inner most thoughts and have validation. I believe in creating an atmosphere that is both warm and authentic, fostering a genuine connection that is crucial for therapeutic growth.

Together, we'll embark on a collaborative journey where your experiences, insights, and goals guide our conversations. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, coupled with a touch of humor when needed.
